San Remo Nidi
San Remo Nidi Egg Noodles are the traditional taste of pasta. Nidi is
made using eggs and San Remo Durum wheat semolina. Nidi, the Italian word
for "nest", refers to the clusters of pasta in each pack (the traditional
way the Italians present egg pasta, due to its delicate nature and lengthy
shape). Cooking is made easy - just drop the required number of nests
into the boiling water. As a general rule, use 2 nests per person. Nidi
comes in three shapes; Pappardelle, Twist Ribbon and Wide Ribbon. When
buying San Remo Nidi look for the nostalgic brown pack with the painting
of the Italian 'paese' (pa-ye-ze), meaning town, on the front.
