San Remo Nidi
San Remo Nidi Egg Noodles are the traditional taste of pasta. Nidi is made using eggs and San Remo Durum wheat semolina. Nidi, the Italian word for "nest", refers to the clusters of pasta in each pack (the traditional way the Italians present egg pasta, due to its delicate nature and lengthy shape). Cooking is made easy - just drop the required number of nests into the boiling water. As a general rule, use 2 nests per person. Nidi comes in three shapes; Pappardelle, Twist Ribbon and Wide Ribbon. When buying San Remo Nidi look for the nostalgic brown pack with the painting of the Italian 'paese' (pa-ye-ze), meaning town, on the front.

Nidi Twist Ribbon
A ribbon style pasta with a slight twist to it, this shape presents very attractively. When using in soups just crush the nests first before adding to the soup. RECIPES
Nidi Wide Ribbon
Wide Ribbon is just the Twist Ribbon, only wider. RECIPES
Nidi Pappardelle
The widest shape in the Nidi range, Papperadelle is a popular egg pasta shape used commonly used with cream based sauces. The addition of egg provides a thick surface which doesn't break apart during boiling. RECIPES
