Fresh Tortellini with Cheese & Spinach
Golden rings of spinach flavoured fresh pasta, filled with a delicious blend of ricotta and cheddar cheeses & of course, spinach. This Tortellini is especially delicious when made into a pasta bake – place tortellini in a baking dish along with some cooked peas, cover with suggested sauce below, mix lightly, top with grated cheese then bake in a hot oven 20 minutes until cheese has browned.
